Free Income Tax Clinic

Seniors Brigade Society BC, in Collaboration with CRA-CVITP and Strata LMS 2424, is hosting a free income tax clinic.

Getting your income tax done for free if you are

• Canadian, permanent resident who came to Canada between 2020 and 2024 or a student

• Total income: below $35,000 (single person) or $24,000 (family)

• Not self-employed, no rental/investment income or owns foreign property

Please bring the following documents:

1. Permanent Resident Card (PR Card)

2. Social Insurance Number (SIN)

3. Income Slips (T4, T4A, T5, T5007, etc.)

4. Notice of Assessment 2023

5. Rent Receipt with landlord’s name

6. Medical and donation receipts

7. Tuition fee receipts
